A documentary on the restoration of a car once driven by Sheikh Zayed, and the people keeping that legacy running.
A film about the UAE's automotive heritage could easily have been a catalogue of cars. We looked for the story underneath instead: craftsmanship, preservation and national pride, with the museum cast as a guardian of legacy rather than a warehouse of objects.
At the centre is a restoration. A car once driven by Sheikh Zayed, rebuilt from the ground up as a tribute to the country's founding father, and the race against time and memory that the rebuild becomes.
We developed and scripted it, shot it with our own crew including drone and location sound, then cut, mixed, graded and subtitled it in Arabic and English before taking it out through festivals and cinemas with a full press and PR rollout.
